Ethics are a list of morals and principles that should be valued during your entire working journey. Human’s relationships are being changed to robotic behavior gradually. People are following dollar signs like a wild animal following its prey, which is very disgusting!
No One’s Company has spent over 12 months writing down its foundation, and being attached to ethics is part of its priorities!
A business today comes with its ego, excitement and new wave of behaviors which changes its owner. A new step always changes you somehow, but your strength should stick to good morals so you don’t sell your soul to the hungry movement.
No One’s Company shares its own ethics with its clients, so they can have an idea on what they should stand on! A list of morals based on well known actions that will harm no individual, business or collaboration.
Your ethics should have no connection with your religion, culture or personal choices. It is a list related to human’s relations, therefore it has to be partially neutral! The reason why it can’t be 100% neutral is that your ethics will be related to the norms of the society you are living in. The public opinion will have a huge influence in your business, so don’t be a fool neglecting that!
No One’s Company has some sentences concerning ethics to share in this post:
- Confidentially and privacy should be highly protected because that’s what strengthens your reputation as a trustful person.
- Insults and bad vocabulary should out of your conversation because you don’t need to build up new connections based on violence.
- Keep your promises because that’s what will make people comeback towards you
- Look at your clients as human beings, not as dollar signs because that’s what will pay your business
